Mountain Climbers

To do a mountain climber, get down into a position, that would be similar to the start position of a push up. Then drive your left leg forward, and tuck it up to your stomach, and your toes touching the ground just under your stomach.

Then do a light jump, and mid air, change so that your right legs goes forward, tucked up under your stomach, and your left leg is in the back position.

This exercise will help you with moving your legs fast, en also your ability to crawl faster when you are in the snake. Also it will help you to have more power to thrust your self forward with your legs.

For tabata do this as fast as your can, but still make sure you do it with good form. If you feel out of balance or not in control, then slow down.
