How to do a Burpee

To do a burpee, stand up erect. Then drop to your knees, then kick your legs back, so you end up, in the start position for a push up. Then you do the push up. Then you tuck your legs up under your again, and the jump up in the air as heigh as you can.

This is a good all round exercise, that will work both your upper body, your lower body, and give your explosive power, exactly what a good snake player needs.

As for the other exercises, when you do use this for tabatas, you have to do it as fast as possible, but with good form. If you feel that your are not in control, slow down. As you get better, you will be able to do these faster also.
