Quick Squats
What is a quick squat. And how do you use them Tabata style.
To so a front quick squat, stand up erect, with your hand out in
front of you. Then bend in your knees, and bend in your hips, so that you keep you balance. Bend in your knees, until they thighs are parallel with the ground. Then stand up into your start position.
To do them tabata style, you do them as fast as you can, without loosing good form. Good form means that you get the full range of motion described above, and that you can keep your balance. If you feel any of these things are being compromised, then slow down.
The muscles trained in this exercise, is primarily your quads and glutes.
